Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop a of sport emotional empathy scale, to identify the differences between students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University, as well as to set standard levels of emotional sports empathy. The descriptive approach was used in the survey method to suit it and the nature of the research. The research community of (740) male and female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University for the academic year 2019-2020. The construction sample consisted of (555) male and female students representing approximately 75%, and (100) male and female students were selected from the construction sample to conduct survey experiments of the scale, and were excluded from the main research sample, and (200) Students to conduct the validity of structure (statistical analysis of paragraphs) (sample of discrimination), and (100) students to extract the reliability factor, were also excluded from the research sample, and (155) students were excluded for not answering all paragraphs of the scale. The application sample was made up of (185) students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences representing a percentage (25%) of the research sample. Due to the lack of sport emotional empathy scale for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University, the researchers develop this scale, and identified (four) primary domains expressing the basic domains of research, and depended in the preparation and formulation of paragraphs on the method (Liker)
