Abstract
In the dynamic realm of entrepreneurship, resilience emerges as a cornerstone for success, serving as the anchor upon which individuals navigate complicated challenges. This study examines specifically the scope of Asnaf entrepreneurs, recognizing the unique challenges they face within their socio-economic context. With a focused aim, the research sets out to recognize the fundamental elements of resilience unique to Asnaf entrepreneurs, exploring the dynamic aspects of these elements, and culminating in the development and validation of a tailored resilience model. With qualitative research methods and adopting the grounded-theory approach, this study employs semi-structured interviews to capture the nuanced aspects of resilience. Transcription and subsequent analysis using Atlas. ti software overlays the way for a meticulous exploration of the gathered insights. Anticipated as the conclusion of this endeavor is the unveiling of a robust Asnaf Entrepreneur Resilience Model, composed to contribute not only to conceptual frameworks but also to offer actionable insights for stakeholders, policymakers, and practitioners alike.
