Abstract
It is helpful to solve the problem of psychological health for university students that the mechanism of psychological health education is combined with the handling mechanisms of psychological crisis intervention etc. In the processes of psychological crisis intervention etc., it needs to establish a ubiquitous network of psychological archives which will do well in the psychological health education for relevant university students. Therefore, the well-known techniques, softwares and apparatus of Internet and Internet of Things, such as RFID/E-Tag/Barcode, 3rd Generation of Mobile Technology, Bloggers, Wiki, Search Engine, laser scanners etc., should be adopted. And a suite of computer software system online should be developed to use for building, managing and evaluating the psychological archives, monitoring their psychological behavior and psychological crisis, etc. Then the corresponding dynamic resource database online of psychological archives should be set up. The application of this conclusion and its corresponding solution has universality in the field of the general archives education.
