Abstract
Transportation is a major problem for newcomers in certain places. Types of transportation and trails make newcomers confused when they want to visit a certain place. There are several media that can solve the problem, but the limitations of the media make it difficult for newcomers to find the right track in the city, for example in Purwokerto city. One of the media that can be used is multimedia-based media. In this case, it can be created using Adobe Flash CS5. This software can be used to create animations about urban transport vehicle lines in Purwokerto. Multimedia applications make users know information that is accurate, precise, fast and interesting.
