Abstract
This Standard forms one of a series of Specifications prepared by the B.S.I. at the request of the Air Raid Precautions Department of the Home Office. Its object is to assure purchasers and manufacturers of textile material for curtains purporting to be sufficiently opaque to secure the necessary obscuration for complying with the provisions of the Lighting Order, that the materials comply with those requirements.
