Britain's children are less likely than ever before to die of infections, genetic diseases, and cancer, says a report published by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys. But 7% of 3 year olds living in inner city areas will have moderate or severe behaviour problems, and suicide rates for young men between 15 and 19 have increased by nearly 45% in the past 20 years.
