Abstract

Against Pooley [(2006a). A hole revolution, or are we back where we started? Studies in History and Philosophy of Modern Physics, 37(2) (this issue)], I stand firm on my claim that a hole argument can be constructed in the framework of loop quantum gravity. In this brief response, I shall attempt to make it clearer why this is so, and try to pinpoint and diagnose the main points of disagreement between us.
