Brazil’s road to OECD membership has been a long one, and has taken many twists and turns. As that journey finally seems to be reaching a successful finish, Rafael Barbosa de Sousa examines the history of Brazil’s efforts to join the OECD and explains how it has, just maybe, managed to achieve this long-sought-after goal.
