Abstract
Apresento as configurações do Estado brasileiro após as eleições de 2018 quando foi eleito para a Presidência da República Jair Bolsonaro, do partido PSL (Partido Social Liberal). A campanha eleitoral de Jair Bolsonaro foi marcada pela incitação à violência, apologia da ditadura, declarações racistas e homofóbicas. Em seu governo esses elementos se aprofundaram, adquiriram configurações neofascistas e se transformaram em política de Estado, assumindo as configurações institucionais necessárias para orientar a prática das instituições governamentais.
