Abstract

The article is devoted to the author’s analysis of the evolution of Branch Information Technologies of Quality Management and the convergence of information technologies in the quality management process at all stages of the product life cycle. The “process approach” of this convergence allows to achieving the Quality Management System and Enterprise Management System goals. Modern strategies such as Business Performance Management and operational methods of Process Analytical Technology for achieving management objectives use application information technologies of Enterprise Resource Planning. Therefore, in the paper the Enterprise Resource Planning is presented as a platform for the convergence of standardized/proprietary formalized numerical methods for solution the challenges of Quality Management System and Enterprise Management System by the information technologies. Information technologies use processes and methods of searching, collecting, storing, processing, providing and disseminating large data collection and statistical tools for implementing these processes and methods. High performance Branch Information Technologies of Quality Management can be achieved and its failures can be prevented if will implemented the information technologies for systematically planned, monitored and managed in accordance with world standards. Iterative decision processes are organized in closed-loop Deming Cycle, the effectiveness of which is evaluated by risk-based methods, and adequate solutions are vested in the standards. Shown, that the Branch Information Systems of Quality Management is based on a method for improving business processes through the quality function deployment in order to represent the customer-oriented access by developing information modules of ERP-specific platform.
