Abstract
In this paper the author emphasizes the role of book as a written media in mother tongue or a foreign language in order to exchange linguistic, cultural and traditional values. Cultures are recognized in a dialogue through language. The knowledge of other and different, by reading valuable literary creations, especially at the initial stage of development, contributes to forming the attitude about heroes, their language, because every language has the story of itself. Communication with the text we read or speak, language as the main source of sound and word, idea conceived by them, enable us to shape in practice our emotions realizing linguistic dynamics through heroes' actions. While searching through the electronic library of Project Gutenberg we have come to know that among one hundred electronic books the second position belonged at one moment to the author Mark Twain. This prompted us to write in this paper about specificities of the novel 'Adventures of Tom Sawyer'.
