Abstract

A 48-year-old man presented with urinary frequency and nocturia. He reported minimal improvement of his symptoms despite treatment with alpha-antagonists. Concurrently, during an evaluation for hip pain, the patient’s family physician obtained a magnetic resonance imaging scanthat incidentally revealed two polypoid lesions within the bladder wall, with properties consistent with adipose tissue (Fig. 1).
