Abstract
It is proven that there can be no anisotropies in the temperature from thermal cavity radiation in uniform motion without destroying the spectrum of black body radiation. Said differently, the frequency can undergo aberration but the temperature not. The temperature anisotropies measured by the COBE and Planck probes, which are attributed to the CMBR, cannot be black body radiation.
