Abstract
Derleme Sozlugu which is the result of mobilization of word compilation from the public dialect under the leadership of Turk Dil Kurumu(Society of Turk Language) begining with the limited facilities, in the 20th century, even if it is the source of the Turkish literary language, and it also is comprehensive work it does not reflect the all words, where a country’s dialect such as Turkey, which is rich in terms of oral culture, In recent years, with increasing studies upon the dialects, the number of missing word decreases with day by day. In order to contribute to Derleme Sozlugu, in this study, words in the way of word species which are used in Bitlis central dialect, but not found in Derleme Sozlugu or even if found are not given with Bitlis records was classified. In the study transcript signs of words are used in order to reflect the phonetic properties.
