Abstract

The branching ratio of the bipionic decay of the ${K}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ particle, $\frac{w({K}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}K+2\ensuremath{\pi})}{w({K}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}K+\ensuremath{\pi})}$, has been calculated in Fermi's statistical theory. It turns out this ratio is a few percent with a reasonable choice of the interaction range.
