Genetically encoded fluorescent protein (FP) biosensor interpreted in term of real-time visualization of biological molecules, and noninvasive physiological stress behavior and the pathological change as the environment changes because it is able to work directly in the in situ visualization of biological processes and events, retain native biological environment, and deliver a detailed comprehending of their positioning and dynamics. These include the utilize of real-time monitoring of the role of drugs in specific cell compartments, organs or tissue types, screening capability based on single cell resolution and the utilizing the ability of genetically encoded fluorescent biosensors and single-cell resolution screening for drug screening, The low bio-availability of drugs regrettably leads to false positives such unspeakable results that cannot be simply passed the definitive in vitro test detection can be eliminated.
