Abstract
Two male patients with neurofibromatosis were found to have hypertension and bilateral renal artery stenosis. No tissue has been available for histologic study, but the lesions were clearly demonstrated by renal arteriogram. The first child required surgery to correct his hypertension; the second did not as the hypertension was neither symptomatic nor sustained.
