Abstract
A BiCMOS current buffer with positive and negative precision rectifying outputs as well as a nonrectifying output is presented. It has low voltage supply requirements and good high-frequency performance and can be used as a building block of linear and nonlinear current-mode circuits. Experimental results of a test chip that verify the operation of the circuit are presented. >
