Abstract

Job satisfaction is shaped by individuals' satisfaction with their job and internal and external factors, and is found in various research in the field of tourism. However, in the direction of the research, no studies have been found that determine the future trend and and studies that expand the conceptual framework. In this context, it aims to make a bibliometric analysis by examining the postgraduate theses published in the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Institution on the subject of job satisfaction in the field of tourism. For these purposes, 103 postgraduate theses opened to access were accessed and the data obtained were analyzed with statistical programs. The data obtained as a result of the examinations were shared by giving tables and figures, and the results and recommendations were interpreted by writting.
