Abstract
Summary Tourism logistics is crucial for travel experiences that contribute to the overall success and sustainability of a destination. Utilizing a field observation approach, this case study provides a systematic analysis of the tourism development and logistics within the Satun UNESCO Global Geopark as a part of business strategies and destination management assessment. The study advances recommendations for the development of tourism logistics, encompassing infrastructure, transportation, and information systems within the destination as well as the interconnection to other tourism destinations for competitiveness enhancement.
