Abstract
Isomeric cross-section ratios were measured for the reactions 45Sc(γ, n) 44m,gSc, 45Sc(n,2n) 44m,gSc, 85Rb(γ,n) 84m,gRb, 85Rb(n, 2n) 84m,gRb and 55Mn(γ, 3n) 52m,gMn. The results have been compared with the calculated values obtained from the Vandenbosch-Huizenga formalism. In the analysis the level density parameter a, the pairing energy δ and the spin cut-off parameter σ have been varied.
