Abstract
<p>The latest U.S. Census Bureau listed an increase in ethnic and racial diversity in the United States. Contributing to this are the growing statistics of refugees and immigrants whose intrapersonal experiences vary from the mainstream culture. Considering this growth, it is vital that counseling supervisors are aware of various cultures, ethnicity, social, and spiritual experiences of supervisees in training in order to provide ethical and competent supervision. This paper discusses supervisory issues, directions and trends, social justice issues, and the use of technology in multicultural supervision.</p>
