Abstract
Bessel-X waves with angular dispersion propagating in dispersive media are described as the cylindrically symmetric versions of tilted pulses. Stationary, localized Bessel-X transmission is found to be possible not only in normally dispersive media but also in the anomalous dispersion regime.
