Abstract Berylco 20CR is the most widely used high strength beryllium copper casting alloy. This alloy can be heat treated to high hardness and tensile strengths; it has high impact strength and good corrosion resistance. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength as well as fracture toughness and fatigue. It also includes information on low and high temperature performance, and corrosion resistance as well as heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Cu-18.
