Abstract

The theory of stamping is developed taking into account the anisotropy and hardening of the workpiece. The calculation of the parameters of the deformed-stressed state of the billet is carried out using the example of bending on a roller machine or in a die. Deformations, stresses and forces acting on the billet from rolls or die tools are studied by CAD/CAE modeling. The criteria for crack formation, low accuracy and excessive springback of the part after processing are determined, recommendations for their elimination are given.
