Abstract
Objective To compare the behavioural differences at 30 days age in spontaneous activity test. Methods Fmr1 knockout mice were identified using the PCR technica. and spontaneous activity test was used in the study .The data was analyzed with Multifactor Variance Analysis. Results Activities in their own experiments, as compared with WT mice, KO mice in the experiment of self-activity increase in the number of activities and reduction in the number of standing, with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ), but there were no significant differences on manure behaviour between two groups. Conclusion Fmr1 knockout animals exhibited higher locomotor activity in the spontaneous activity test at 30 days age. Key words: Spontaneous activity test; Fmr1 knockout mice; Behaviour
