Abstract

The behaviour of spores of Clostridium botulinum type A and proteolytic C. botulinum type B has been studied in cooked meat medium at 10°C, 12°C, 15°C, and 20°C, using mixed cultures (9 groups of in total 41 strains) and pure cultures (41 strains).
