Abstract

Objective To examine the preventive effect on coronary heart disease through the intervention of bad behavior in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 eases were randomly selected, their bad behavior were intervene in the hospital and further consultation with a doctor within one year, to conduct a quarterly survey to observe the situation before and after intervention. Results The patients' bad behavior decreased after the behavioral interventions, including emotional control, irrational diet, smoking,patterns of life, physical activity ete, and the treatment compliance was increased. The patients'symptoms with high blood cholesterol, high blood sugar, high blood pressure and angina were decreased significantly, the recrudescence significantly was decreased, the recurrence interval time wasprolonged. Conclusions Patients with behavioral intervention can promote the establishment of a healthy behavior, in improve the non - compliance behaviors of coronary heart disease patients effectively and conducive to the prevention and delay the.development of coronary heart disease.
