Abstract

Abstract: Battery Health Monitoring systems (BHMS) play a crucial role in the efficient operation, safety, and longevity of batteries used in various applications, including electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, and portable electronics. This review paper provides a comprehensive overview of the state-of- the-art and emerging technologies in Battery Health Monitoring systems. It presents an analysis of existing BHMS architectures, their key components, and the challenges associated with battery management. Furthermore, it explores the recent advancements in BHMS technologies, including advanced algorithms, sensing techniques, and communication protocols. The paper concludes with a discussion on future research directions and potential improvements in Battery Health Monitoring systems
