Abstract
The band structure parameters at 300°K are estimated from the variation of Seebeck coefficient as a function of apparent hole concentration, on the basis of Rogers' analysis. An increase of the energy separation between the two valence bands with increasing Sn content is suggested in the Pb-rich side of Pb1−xSnxTe.
