Abstract
Two FCveloCity®-MD 30 kW modules supplied by Canadian-based Ballard Power Systems have been successfully integrated and tested in a hybrid marine application in Japan. The consortium includes industrial equipment and engine manufacturer Yanmar Co Ltd, the National Maritime Research Institute (NMRI), and the Japan Ship Technology Research Association (JSTRA).
