Abstract

Botrytis cinerea isolates were collected from the vineyards in Manisa and Bursa in 1994-1996. Susceptibility of these 17 isolates against procymidone (Sumisclex 50), iprodione (Rovral 50 WP), imazalil (Magnate 50 EC), carbendazim (Derosal 50 WP), myclobutanil (Systhane 12 E) was evaluated in terms of ED 50 ( a dosage by which mycial growth was inhibited at 50 level ). According to the ED50 data most of the isolates were found to be sensitive to these fungicides (ED 50 <1.0 mg/ml ). The reaksion of 14 isolates to promydone, 15 isolates toiprodionisolates to imazalil and myclobutanil, 2 isolates to carbendazim was sensitive (ED 50 <1.0 mg/ml), 1 isolates to procymidone, 2 isolates to iprodion was slighly (ED 50 1.0-10.0mg/ml), 2 isolates of procymidone, 1 isolates of carbendazim was intermediately (ED 50 10.0-100.0 mg/ml) and 14 isolates to carbendazim was highly resistant (ED 50 <100.0 mg/ml).
