Abstract

The 21st Century will aptly be described as the Age of Cyberspace. The Internet and its siblings are still in their infancy. While proponents of the Internet tout its value as the Genie of electronic commerce, it continues to face many hurdles; some of the more crucial are of a legal nature. If these are not adequately addressed in the future, the Internet may find its maturation stifled.
