Four pathogenic bacteria, E. coli, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas and Salmonella were also observed in samples of local market. E. coli was observed in all samples of river water, pond water and local market. Bacterial load of E. coli varied in between 1X103 to 5X103cfu/g. Staphylococcus was present in 4 samples of local market with a bacterial load of 1X103 to 2X103cfu/g.
