Abstract
MALDI mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) classification of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (pDAC) and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET) tissue microarrays. The classification is visualized in a colorencoded representation with green assigned to pDAC and red to pNET. Enlarge view of two representative tissue cores shows H&E staining and MALDI MSI classification overlays demonstrating high agreement with the tumor region annotated in pDAC (green line) and pNET (red line).
