Abstract

STEM education plays an important role in science, technology, engineering, and math education in general education, helping learners form and develop key competencies and 21st century skills, including critical thinking belonging to the group of learning and innovation skills that need to be developed for students. This article presents the concept of critical thinking, critical thinking in students and proposing the ability to develop students' critical thinking through STEM education in high schools.
