Abstract

The aim of the study is to develop and validate a method for spectrophotometric determination of phytoestrogens in the phytoextract obtained from cones of hop (Humulus lupulus L.), which is widespread in Azerbaijan. The extract and standard (ethinyl estradiol) obtained from the cones of hop were used in the research. Evaluation of the validation of the method of quantitative determination of phytoestrogens in the extract by spectrophotometry was carried out on the parameters of accuracy, precision and linearity. Determining the accuracy of the obtained results determines whether the method meets the current requirements. Determination of determination and quantification limits was performed based on the standard deviation of the y-intercept and intercept coefficient parameters according to the guidelines of the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH). The limits of determination and quantification were determined to be 0.012 mg/ml and 0.035 mg/ml, respectively. This is in modern medicinal forms (phytomicrosphere, microsphere, phytosome) prepared by us from hop cones and existing preparations ("Fitoestrin", "Klimarin", "Lifemin", "Femesse", "Ligunin", "Fitomix", "Fitovit", etc.). ) will create a basis for determining the amount of phytoestrogens.
