Abstract

The American Psychological Foundation (APF) Award for Distinguished Teaching in Psychology recognizes an outstanding career contribution to the teaching of psychology. The 2002 recipient of the Distinguished Teaching Award is Douglas A. Bernstein. Dorothy W. Cantor, president of the APF, will present the Award for Distinguished Teaching in Psychology at the 110th Annual Convention of the American Psychological Association on August 23, 2002, at 5:00 p.m. Members of the 2002 APF Board of Trustees are Dorothy W. Cantor, president; Norman Abeles, secretary; Charles L. McKay, treasurer; Camilla Benbow; Patrick H. DeLeon; Florence L. Denmark; Ronald E. Fox; William C. Howell; Douglas Kimmel; Joseph D. Matarazzo; Martin E. P. Seligman; Richard M. Suinn; and E. Belvin Williams. Elisabeth R. Straus is the APF executive vice president/executive director.
