Abstract
O presente trabalho, de natureza descritiva, tem como propósito evidenciar o mapeamento do tema avaliação de desempenho organizacional e gestão de processos por meio do Knowledge Development Process – Constructivist (ProKnow-C). A pesquisa inicial que envolveu 5.183 artigos foi o primeiro estágio para chegar a um Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB) composto por 18 artigos publicados em periódicos internacionais. Ao final do trabalho, foi possível identificar os mais prolíficos: periódicos, artigos e autores, bem como as palavras-chave utilizadas para se pesquisar o assunto.
