Abstract
This paper explores the role of automation in cloud infrastructure management, focusing on its impact on efficiency and reliability. Key use cases, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Continuous Integration/ Continuous De- ployment (CI/CD), and real-time monitoring with the ELK stack are examined. The paper discusses how automation reduces manual effort, promotes consistency, and enhances scalability in cloud environments. It highlights the benefits of automated alerting and its role in improving security and system stability. By embracing automation, organizations can streamline cloud infrastructure management, ensuring a robust and adaptable framework that supports business continuity and agility.
