Abstract

With the depletion of the rich mineral resources, in the world practice there has been a steady trend of involvement in extraction and processing of poor, difficult-to-digest, insufficiently studied ores. To maintain the level of profitability in conditions of deterioration of the raw material base of enterprises, the decisive factor is the increase in the complexity of the use of extracted minerals that contain and overburden. This, above all, refers to such large deposits in the Russian Federation. Such as the Tyrnyauz deposit of tungsten-molybdenum ores. To solve the problem of increasing the complexity of the use of mined raw materials, a new technology for the formation of ore quality at the stage of mining works is proposed, including: Technological mapping of ores, including the method of the beneficial use of the enclosing rocks; Technology of formation and stabilization of the quality of mineral flows for processing taking into account the useful use of ore and non-ore mineral raw materials; The processing technology is not critical to host rocks, aimed at selective maximum extraction of scheelite, powellit does not violate the original ratio of host rocks in the technological type of ores coming for processing. The implementation of the technology is possible on the basis of a high level of automation of mining processes, in particular using special algorithms of robotic excavator inside mine sorting and an automated control system for intra mine piece separation.
