Abstract

We aimed to develop an automated, noninvasive method for studying bladder function in mice. Following measurement of changes in void volume and frequency accompanying cyclophosphamide (CYP)-induced cystitis, we sought to demonstrate that this technique could be used to evaluate the effects of medications on normal bladders and those with chemically induced cystitis.
