Abstract
Most lung cancer was diagnosed in advanced stage, while patients lost their chances for surgery. Identifying serum biomarkers might be an optimal strategy for early detection of lung cancer. Among these molecules, tumor autoantibody signature shows great potential in discriminating lung cancer and noncancer population. This review basically discuses autoantibody signatures in lung cancer and the techniques which were applied in these researches. Key words: Lung neoplasms; Antibodies; Early diagnosis
