Abstract

The discrepancies between published conidium measurements of Coma circularis are discussed. The teleomorph, first described as Pseudopeziza eucalypti is reclassified in the Phacidiales and a new generic name, Ascocoma , proposed for it. A new variety with two-celled ascospores is described.
