Abstract

An efficient method to fabricate metallic nanoporous structures is developed. In order to produce Au nanoporous pattern at high through-put, the authors propose a nano fabrication process for fabricate two-dimensionally ordered nanoporous structures using the combination of sputter coating and direct imprinting process. A new idea to utilized a polymer film mold for patterning by direct imprinting process to fabricate nanoporous arrays on the gold thin film on substrate and their absorbance spectra were examined experimentally.
