Abstract
The nurse working in Primary Health Care has an extremely relevant role in the care provided to the person affected with leprosy. Thus, the study aims to analyze the role of nurses in leprosy control actions in primary health care portrayed in the light of the literature. It is an integrative literature review in which searches were carried out in the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Nursing Database, PubMed Central, Scientific Electronic Library Online, ColecionaSUS and Portal de Periodicos CAPES, using as search strategies the crossing of the descriptors: '' Primary Health Care '', '' Hansen's disease '' and '' Nursing ''. Twelve articles were selected for the study, when analyzing the importance of integrating leprosy actions in Primary Health Care, it was found that, despite some weaknesses, the service is able to carry out leprosy control actions. Adequate assistance to clients with leprosy is important to obtain a cure and nurses have a fundamental role in providing services to these clients, seeking to minimize the impact of this disease and its complications.

Atuação dos enfermeiros nas ações de controle da hanseníase na atenção primária à saúde: revisão integrativa. O estudo visa analisar a atuação do enfermeiro nas ações de controle da hanseníase na atenção primária à saúde retratada à luz da literatura. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura em que foram realizadas buscas nas bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Base de dados de Enfermagem, PubMed Central, Scientific Electronic Library Online, ColecionaSUS e Portal de Periódicos CAPES, utilizando como estratégias de buscas o cruzamento dos descritores: ‘‘Atenção Primária à Saúde’’, ‘‘Hanseníase’’ e ‘‘Enfermagem’’. Foram selecionados 12 artigos para o estudo, ao analisar constatou-se a importância de integrar as ações de hanseníase na Atenção Primária à Saúde, visto que, apesar de algumas fragilidades, o serviço é capaz de realizar as ações de controle da hanseníase.
