Abstract
The purpose of the research is about identifying the attitude towards the teaching profession and developing a positive attitude in relation to the role of teachers in society, from the perspective of training and educating the younger generation. The research hypothesis aims at optimizing the specific behavior and developing a positive attitude in relation to the teaching profession. In this context, we used a series of strategies and methods to optimize training and development activities so as to produce a change in the professional attitude of students who are preparing for a teaching career.
