Abstract

The article is based on the results of a sociological survey conducted by the author in November 2020 at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. The motivation of students’ learning, attitude to various aspects of student life and plans for the future are analyzed. It is concluded that students have a high motivation to learn, positively evaluate both the learning process itself and the relationship with teachers and with each other. They are also generally satisfied with the choice of future profession and educational institution, and students are oriented to realize themselves professionally both in the future profession and to find themselves in other areas of the labor market.
