Abstract

Abstract In the current context of the European education development, the Romanian educational system requires major changes. The restructurings of the Romanian pre-university educational system in the recent years demand the investigation of opinions and attitudes of those who represent the educational institutions, educational actors, i.e. teachers and students. The goal is to optimize the teachers’ attitudes towards the changes in the system for a better balance between expectations and the educational offer. The perception and reporting on educational reforms in the educational system led to a real diagnosis on school reality.
