Abstract
This is an Athena Specialty Certificate Examination case of a child who presented with marked ichthyosis at birth, alongside clinical features including rhizomelic limb shortening, bilateral cataracts and conductive hearing loss. We discuss the diagnosis, along with potential causes of congenital ichthyoses, highlighting distinguishing features among them.
